Volunteer Registration Form
W3RT is co-ordinating closely with many local partners including WBC, TRDC, HCC, NHS and many local charities. Please use this form to register your interest in volunteering in Watford or Three Rivers on community initiatives to combat Covid-19 and strengthen the community. Please answer all questions so that we can create a full record for you.
If you would like to volunteer on behalf of a community group or a business, please get in touch with our Volunteering team on email@example.com or call 01923 216962.
Once you have submitted your registration, our volunteering team will be in contact with you within 2 working days. You will receive a phone call from us to help us understand your volunteering preferences and enable us to signpost you to available roles. If you don’t find the right opportunity straight away, our newsletter will keep you up to date with new opportunities so that you can start volunteering as soon as possible.
*The data on this form is being collected for the purpose of progressing your role as a volunteer to support people who are required to remain isolated or are more vulnerable during the current Covid_19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.
We are working in co-operation with Watford Borough Council, Three Rivers District Council and #TeamHerts to manage offers from volunteers.
The information you give us will be used by us and other local organisations to ensure we can make the best use of the time you have offered to us.
We may also share information with third parties if we are legally obliged to do so, for example if it necessary to safeguard or protect a child. We may also share information with the police or other agencies if it is necessary for: prevention or detection of crime; apprehension or prosecution of offenders; assessment or collection of any tax or duty or any imposition of a similar nature.
Because you will be working with vulnerable people in the community we will be required to keep data for six years after you cease volunteering.
Full information on your rights around the use of your personal data and how to exercise them can be found on our website privacy notice here:
